Early Departure Fee: One (1) night's room and tax.
Cancellation Policy: Forty-eight (48) hours prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of one (1) night’s room and tax.
Credit Card Policy: In any event where a credit card is required for payment of room and an individual guest does not have a major credit card at check-in, we require full payment of room and tax in advance, along with a refundable deposit for incidentals, $75.00 per day. If the guest does not want to establish credit for incidentals, we restrict telephone access (except from room to room), check-signing privileges from the hotel’s outlets, in-room movie access, and any other miscellaneous charges.
Debit Card Policy: Please be advised that a withdrawal will be on your account for the full amount of room and tax, plus an additional $100 per night for incidentals. If your room charges are already covered, your card will only be authorized for incidentals. (The $100 is simply a hold and will be cleared from your account within 3-5 business days after check-out.)
